Shamanic Breathwork is a beautiful ritual of personal and universal healing of Ancestral Lineages,

allowing us to dive deeply within ourselves and face the wounds and traumas we have stored at the cellular level,

in order to reclaim the parts of ourselves that we have lost along the way.

Through the Medicine of Breath, which here involves intense connected breathing—without pauses between the inhale and exhale—

and with the help of our Guides, Power Animals, and Ancestors’ Spirits, we free ourselves from the weight of our lineages

on the transgenerational and karmic planes, and remember who we truly are.

We become powerful agents of change for ourselves and for the World.

A Shamanic Breathwork ritual helps us find answers and information,

and enables us to receive guidance, particularly when we are at a crossroads and our choices seem uncertain or impossible.

During this ritual, it is possible to communicate with the Self,

meet the Spirit of the Ancestors, Guides, Power Animals, and Elements...

To guide you through this practice, I open the Sacred Space with you and remain present throughout the ceremony,

offering both verbal guidance and energetic healing.

A relaxation on a futon followed by circular breathing, meaning continuous breathing, lasting from 20 minutes to 60 minutes without pauses between inhalations and exhalations, along with simultaneous energy healing
An integration pause
Closing of the Sacred Space

IMPORTANT NOTICE

SHAMANIC BREATHWORK is not recommended for individuals who are fatigued, and it is contraindicated for those with a history of stroke, epilepsy, significant cardiovascular disorders, as well as for pregnant women.
While this practice can be experienced as deeply pleasurable, it may also bring old emotional wounds to the surface. Once these arise to consciousness, they may require additional therapeutic support through complementary one-on-one sessions.
