Rebirth is an intense form of Breathwork.

The term Rebirth refers to a powerful practice of circular breathing —

meaning we gradually eliminate the pauses between the inhale and the exhale.

This opens and frees the breath, helping to dissolve energetic tensions that create blockages in the body.

 

This process offers the opportunity for unresolved emotions from the past to resurface,

so they can be moved through and transmuted. It often leads to powerful insights, sometimes instantly.

It’s not uncommon during a Rebirth session to reconnect with moments from our own birth,

and to heal what is often the very first difficult experience of our lives.

 

Messages may also come through during the practice,

which can feel like a shamanic or initiatory journey — and these messages may continue to appear in the following days,

for example, through dreams.

SESSION FLOW

 

• A conversation to explore your sensations and intentions before beginning the REBIRTH
• A sophrology-based relaxation and tension release practice
• A session of circular (continuous) breathing, lasting from 20 to 60 minutes, with no pause between inhales and exhales
• An integration pause using the breath, in the fetal position
• A sharing moment to reflect on the experiences that arose during the REBIRTH
